Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm are dispatched the following day. Orders placed from 3pm on Friday to Sunday evening are dispatched the following Monday.
The usual delivery times of 24 hours may vary in the event of peak order periods, thank you for your understanding.
Because we know that your hair needs our product expertise, the Rodolphe&Co boutique team does everything in its power to dispatch your parcels as quickly as possible! Your orders are carefully prepared and dispatched according to the delivery method selected.
Delivery in mainland France (including Corsica) is by Colissimo. A reliable and fast service (D+2) that will deliver your orders to your home or to a Colissimo relay point, and for added convenience, will drop them off at the nearest post office if you are away. Delivery in mainland France is free for orders over €60. Rodolphe&Co also offers Colissimo delivery and express delivery to French overseas departments and territories (subject to quotation).

- Payment by cheque (INDIVIDUALS ONLY)
Your order will be reserved for 72 hours so that you have time to send us your cheque. The order will be validated once we have cashed the cheque.
- Payment by bank transfer
Your order will be reserved for 72 hours so that you have time to send us the bank transfer. We will send you our bank details by email.
Origin and condition of the product on receipt
Products are always in new condition. If you receive a product that is no longer in its original packaging, it may have been opened. Products are of course checked before being dispatched. If you receive a product in an unsatisfactory condition, do not hesitate to send it back to us for exchange.
Returns & exchanges
After checking with customer service, you can of course return a product to us in its original packaging, unopened and unused (the product will be checked on return). The product can be returned to Metropolitan France at your expense, within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges must be made with Customer Services beforehand on the basis of the product price excluding delivery costs. The balance, if any, must be paid by credit card to customer service.
